Returns and Exchanges

The return or exchange policy described below applies only to online purchases made through http://www.pdctheboutique.comFINAL SALES:For the protection of health security all bath and body products such as perfumes, lotions, candles, spray mists, bath salts, soaps, bath gels are final sale, jewelry and items marked as “Sale” are final.
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the ship date.
If any item, other than final sale merchandise, purchased from http://www.pdctheboutique.comfails to meet your expectations:
it may be returned to PDC The Boutique store for an exchange or store credit towards your next purchase; or it may be returned by mail to the Address below for a refund.
Please note that the shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Also be sure to include your receipt, reason for the return and if possible, the original packaging.

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For all International addresses, please allow 4-6 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Product Availability
PDC The Boutique products displayed on the site are available at PDC The Boutique store while supplies last. Currently, only a small percentage of merchandise sold in store is available online. Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If the item you ordered is out-of-stock, you will receive an "out of stock" email notice and the item will be removed from your order. Please note that you will not be charged for any out of stock items. You will only be charged for items that will be shipped.
